With over 20 diesel fuel injection technicians on staff throughout our seven convenient service locations, D&W offers you a variety of service choices:

D&W stocks new and rebuilt injection pumps and injectors for service on an exchange basis. Buying exchange units minimizes down time to help maintain high machine availability. With our exchange program, in most cases, a failed component can be traded quickly for one of our off-the-shelf ready-to-install units. For special applications or customers who prefer to have their own pumps and injectors rebuilt, D&W also provides custom repair services.

D&W offers full service on most diesel fuel injection systems. Whether you own a Cat, Mack, Detroit, Navistar, John Deere, Deutz, Ford, IH, Cummins, or another brand, we can service that complete fuel system. We have drive-in troubleshooting and installation services, and maintain some of the most modern diesel fuel injection equipment rebuilding facilities in the northeastern United States.

Alliant Power

New injectors made by the original manufacturer for the Ford PowerStroke and Navistar T444E, DT466E, and I530 engines.

Ambac

Remanufactured pumps & injectors commonly found on older Mack and International trucks and a variety of off-road equipment. AMBAC was previously known as American Bosch.

Bosch

New and reman pumps & injectors for light, medium and heavy duty systems. Bosch diesel fuel injection pumps are used in a wide range of engines, both on and off highway.

Caterpillar

Remanufactured pumps, new and remanufactured injectors of all types: capsule, pencil and electronic. Cat fuel systems are used in a wide range of medium and heavy duty on- and off-highway applications.

Cummins

Cummins

Remanufactured pumps, mechanical and electronic injectors including Celect. Cummins engines are used in light, medium and heavy duty environments. Common applications include pickup trucks, RVs, school buses along with over-the-road tractors. Some of the engines produced by Cummins use pumps and injectors provided by Bosch, Delphi or others. D&W can service your Cummins fuel system regardless of the application.

Detroit

Mechanical and electronic remanufactured fuel injectors, fuel supply pumps and engine blowers for a wide range of engines including 53, 71 & 92 series as well as the 8.2L, 40, 50 and 60 series.

Delphi

New and remanufactured fuel injection pumps and mechanical injectors. Reman electronic injectors for Volvo and John Deere applications. New glow plugs and controllers, fuel supply pumps, water pumps, and vacuum pumps. Includes equipment brands of Lucas CAV and Simms.

Stanadyne

New and remanufactured pumps and injectors for light and medium duty on- and off-highway applications. Stanadyne is the only diesel fuel OEM to also create diesel fuel additives to increase fuel lubricity, performance and cold weather reliability. Stanadyne’s Performance Formula is the only fuel additive to have the OEM endorsements of Cat, Ford, John Deere, VW and others.

Yanmar

New and remanufactured fuel injection pumps and injectors for the full range of Yanmar engines.

Zexel

Reman pumps and injectors, including the MD-Tics. Formerly known as Diesel Kiki, Bosch has purchased Zexel.
